Delete Your Travmo Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Travmo account and associated app data.
Delete from the Travmo app
- Open the Travmo app.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, send us an account deletion request by email. Include the email address or phone number used for your Travmo account.

What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Travmo account where applicable, including:
- Account and profile information.
- Saved trips, itineraries, travel preferences, saved addresses, bucket list items, and app content linked to your account.
- Cloud-synced collaboration data, uploaded trip documents, notification tokens, and related account records where technically possible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, tax, or compliance reasons. We may also keep aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Travmo account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by an app store. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store before deleting your account.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to account verification, legal obligations, and technical constraints.
